Consistency is a mainstay at our central station. For the past several years, our average response time has clocked in at around 16 seconds.

How does Central Station monitoring work? Your alarm, whether we installed it or someone else did (we can take over monitoring of most alarm systems) is programmed to communicate to the central station.

When the alarm goes off a signal is sent to the central monitoring station which includes a summary of your account data and the phone numbers of the local police, fire and other emergency information.  Wait for one of our highly trained dispatchers to call you for your security identification code.  If no one is contacted or if we receive an incorrect code, police or fire fighters are dispatched immediately.

Please note: When an emergency or panic signal is activated, police are notified immediately without a dispatcher call-back to obtain the quickest possible response. Your call-back people are notified according to your instructions.
